Seoul (The Korea Herald/ANN) - A man who allegedly stole female underwear has been arrested, the Daejeon Jungbu Police Station reported.
The accused, identified by the surname Jung, broke into houses while the occupants were away to search for lingerie. Jung has stolen 641 items in 102 incidents since last August.
An official from police told reporters that the 45-year-old thief served several months of jail time four years ago for the same misdeed. The stolen items were found in his car trunk.
Jung is charged with violation of the Additional Punishment Law on Specific Crimes.
